Last week at DSEI our Managing Director, Lynette Hussey, signed the Women in Defence Charter showing our ongoing commitment to inclusion and gender diversity. We are extremely proud and committed to represent the SME community in this objective.
The Charter is striving to achieve a gender balance in the sector and recognises the importance of driving inclusion and diversity forward for women. By signing the charter, we have pledged to commit to the charter’s promotion of gender diversity by setting internal targets, publishing our progress and having an internal ambassador to implement the charter within our business.
AACE was delighted to be at the show for all 4 days meeting existing and new clients to discuss requirements for engineering technical services. We provide experienced resources to assist and manage complex programme delivery through design, build, operation and support. We specialise in airworthiness, system safety engineering, integrated logistics, operational support and IT services. With our experienced team of subject matter experts, we are committed to helping customers improve safety, effectiveness and efficiency.
