During our recent biannual company meeting held at the beautiful Berwick Lodge, AACE were very happy to celebrate long service awards with 5 of their employees, each of them having served 10 years with the company. AACE rewarded the 5 employees with bottles of champagne as a token of appreciation for the loyalty and dedication they have shown to the company over the last decade. At AACE, as a family business, we value the opportunity to get to know our employees and see their roles develop and grow during their time with us. We were joined at the start of the day by several of our valued associates for a networking breakfast at Berwick Lodge. It was a great opportunity for our associates to meet the wider AACE and Allyance team, including employees usually embedded in customer locations, whilst enjoying coffee and bacon sandwiches together.
